By purchasing tickets through Tikuza, you agree to the following Terms of Service, which govern the use of our platform and the services we provide. Tikuza is a verified Kenyan-based ticketing platform, operating under Kenyan laws and committed to secure, paperless ticketing for events.
All ticket purchases are processed securely through M-Pesa (and additional payment options may be added in the future).
Once payment is confirmed, tickets are generated in PDF format with the buyer's details, event information, and a unique QR code for validation.
Tickets will be available for immediate download on the website and will also be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Buyers must provide correct details (full name, email, and phone number).
Tikuza will not be held responsible for tickets sent to incorrect emails or phone numbers due to buyer error.

Tickets must be presented in digital or printed form at the event gate.
Refunds are subject to the event organizer's policy, not Tikuza's.
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, Tikuza will notify buyers on behalf of the organizer and guide them on the refund or ticket transfer process.
Service/processing fees charged by Tikuza are non-refundable.
Each ticket is valid for one entry only.
Tickets cannot be duplicated, resold for profit, or transferred without the event organizer's approval.
Any misuse of tickets (fake copies, multiple scans of the same QR code, etc.) will result in denied entry.
Admission to the event is solely at the discretion of the event organizer and venue management.
Tikuza is not responsible for event-related issues such as delays, changes in program, or denied entry for non-compliance with event rules.
Ensure your phone/email can receive tickets before purchase.
Arrive with your ticket ready for scanning (digital or printed).
Respect event rules as set by the organizer.
Tikuza acts only as a ticketing platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or success of the event.
